Thrustboring Construction Co. LTD (TCC)

Thrustbroing Construction Company (TCC), a Division of Tamimi Group of Companies, is a Leading company in the tunneling works with over 25 years of experience in the Gulf area.

TCC has an extensive inventory of tunneling machines that are capable of operating in any type of soil and can accommodate diameters ranging from 500mm to 3500mm.
TCC possesses Horizontal Direction Drilling (HDD) machines with a wide range of diameters, from 110mm to 1250mm.

Furthermore, TCC has all the necessary equipment and services for tunneling operations, such as Piling, Sheet Piling, and Shaft Sinking (Slip Form) method.

Founder of

The Group

Founded in 1953, when Sheikh Ali A. Al Tamimi decided to start his journey as an entrepreneur by establishing a company that specialized in building pipeline construction and general contracting. The company grew later to become a leader in different business sectors, such as building and contracting, trading, manufacturing, catering, operations and maintenance, and retail. Recently, the group went through a massive restructuring plan, which has resulted in higher productivity and work efficiency. The group also succeeded in establishing a few more sectors in marine services, industrial services and power. The owners have recognized that good governance, general transparency, and – in particular – ongoing financial transparency are critical to the long-term success and existence of the Tamimi Group. As such, they have also decided to apply corporate governance rules and regulations throughout the group’s companies. As a result, a dedicated team has been formed to manage and monitor the process.

TCC would like to continue the tradition of performing quality work at the best possible standards, while expanding throughout the KSA. Our existing projects span the areas of Easter provices , Riyadh , Tabuk , Madinah(yanboo) andآ Hakkah (jeddah).

Our involvement in the construction industry has lead us to involve in a number of prestigious projects in the areas mentioned. The client list associated with our projects encompasses a number of esteemed organizations, such as the Ministry of Environment ,Water and Agriculture Authority, National Water Company, Saudi Aramco, Royal commission for Jubali and Yanbu, Eastern Provice Municipality, Al Qassim Municipality, Jeddah Municipality.

Presently, the firm maintains a work force of over 450 workmen, in addition to the engineering staff.

The experienced staff on board enables TCC to strive towards the achievement of the highest standards of quality through the utilization of their wide engineering exposure and technical services. The backbone of our company is further strengthened by the extensive fleet of equipment available, which includes excavators, shovels, trenchers etc.

TCC is one of the leading contracting and construction companies in the KSA. The scope of work of TCC varies from Infrastructure Construction, Micro tunnelling, Horizontal Directional Drilling Works & Pumping stations

TCC is committed to safeguarding the health and safety of all persons (employees, visitors, contractors) in our premises, to prevention of pollution, and to protecting and enhancing our natural, built and cultural environment in order to realize and achieve our EHSMS Policy.

We at TCC have adopted an Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management System designed to meet and/or exceed the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007, ISO 14001-2004 & AD EHSMS and we are committed to:

  • Develop and implement an EHSMS within our areas of jurisdiction to protect our employees, the community and the environment from any adverse impact on health, safety and environment arising from our activities.
  • We are committed towards prevention of injury and ill health.
  • We shall provide and maintain a safe environment for workers, avoid any risk to human health, avoid adverse impact to the environment and prevent environmental pollution.
  • Regularly audit our EHSMS system and strive for continual improvement.
  • Develop and implement an EHS Management System as per the requirements of International and Local Legislations.
